I usually love the mattresses in hotels. How do they get it right so often? Is there a type/level of firmness the hospitality industry tends to use because it appeals to most people?

Also, I doubt many feel comfortable lying for 15 minutes on a mattress in a store during a pandemic, but maybe that’s just me.
