Every time I come back and watch this battle I still think MT Pop should have won. He was grooving harder, connecting hits on beat, and had cool unique tuts, all with a standout style of his own.

MT Pop is on a whole 'notha level!! As of 2019, there is no one that comes close from his creativity to his flawless transitions. He makes it look effortless. Even when he's hyped, he never compromises his smoothness. This guy is one of the most humble and respectful competitors. Excited to see what else he'll be adding to his massive arsenal in the following years.

MT should've won that one.. Originality, groove, style. DIdn't like the decision, but great dancers, both are amazing dancers.

In my opinion, I think the bay area style is still new to the judges. It's a possibility that they were overthinking things a lot while judging. Not to discriminate or anything, but these are international judges. If it was up to judges from the US or someone who's been exposed to both styles, they would've chosen MT Pop. But that's just my opinion and oh btw, this style fits so well with MT Pop. He looks like he was born and raised in the bay, especially in San Jose. (We got Vietnam town in the eastside lol)

Because this was in China I feel the judging (if the judges were Chinese) was rewarding ArtShow because of his appearance along with the fact he can dance. MT Pop was the winner to me but I do know in China appearance is a thing. The more clean and civilized you look the better in most cases. Props to both dancers though

I would love to see these two in a team battle together. MT is my absolute favorite right now. Together I think they would be a dope duo. Props to both dancers.

Looks like everyone believes MT was robbed. I think the location and the judges having a bias towards Art led to his win, but none of that should matter.

MT seems more of an allstyles battler. If you know high level and more true to roots popping and boogaloo, you'd see artshow really encapsulating that original popping feel. I can see how the judges want to preserve that history
