[1]: If I had to guess, I would say that Nuvema Town is a 'default' map and here it was interpreted with the building interior assets instead of the exterior assets.

[2]: Maybe they couldn't have those kinds of text boxes appear without a character in the map and so they just used N as the speaker?

[3, 5]: My guess is that, instead of spawning/despawning the warp object and Kyurem respectively, they just move them somewhere else until you finish their respective cutscene.

Kyurem is just chilling there bc npcs used for cutscenes in an area are always stored somewhere in the map where players wouldn't normally see.

Also Reversal Mountain's layout is altered between both versions of B2 and W2 having inaccessible areas might be because they made one map, and then altered it for two versions but didn't bother to edit out the blocked off areas for some reason. There aren't any items there anyway.

When I was little I cheated to walk through the walls in Pokemon Pearl. Something happened to the cheat code I think, because after I relocated my house (I walked far enough to lose it) I couldn't get into the house... OR keep walking in the void. I was effectively stuck in 1 corner. Felt a bit like my own personal creepypasta lol

Actually Hilda and Hilbert are in the games, I don't know how but you can find their battle animations, like Professor Oak from RBGY, but they don't have any Pokemon, so they were obviously meant as well... like Oak some sort of post game as well as Red from gen 2. Interesting the only time the protagonists returned in a game (until gen 7 where Red and Blue both come back older) were these direct sequels, even if gen 5's were cut.
