1. Politicians should stop interfering in the css selection. Only open merit province wise.
2. Doctors & engineers should continue to appear in the test. After all, they compete on merit. They are intelligent, hardworking with vast study stamina. They are always good css officers in comparison.
3. Gov should provide good working conditions, acceptable service structure, reasonable salary like the judges for all officers including doctors & engineers. If done then they will not think of doing css.
3. CSS & other officers'salaries like doctors engineers etc should be at par with judges of their experience.
4. Meritocracy & technocracy is a good idea.
5. service to the citizens should be made part of the training of all gov employees including officers.
