Yo, what's up everyone. I run this channel, and I'm also the one playing in this video. I just wanted to address some of the comments in here (To clarify, I'm not sad, nor upset), so check it out:

Am I bad at the game? Probably. But, the game is extremely difficult, plus I was playing on an emulator, PLUS I was using a wireless controller on an LCD screen. This game always had lag to begin with, and it's even worse here. I said this in a reply to another comment, but if you've never played this game before, then go ahead, play the game yourself, and do better. XD
I'm not new to rhythm games, dude. But, this was my first time playing through PaRappa, and if you're new, and don't know about how shitty the timing is, you're going to get fucked like I did. Even when you think you've got the timing down, EACH stage is fucked in a completely different way. Anyway, I don't really care if you think I'm bad, it just seems like people have no idea what this game is.

Actually, I'm writing this now because someone asked something that nobody else has asked in the past 6 years of this being online, and I think they removed it, so I'ma paste it here; "why wud yu keep showing the fails smfh. I tried not to comment but what is wrong with yu ? did yu not think for one second no one wants to see the fail and try again, one fail is okay but fxck, like ita frustrating to watch this, like yu didnt give it half a thought or maybe thought to edit things out ? I kno its 4 years old but after 4 years nothing clicked like yeah this is annoying to watch"

Well, I can say, the attention to details in this game is incredible. Every stage of rappin' quality brings its own music samples and animations.
For example, the first chapter.
Good - Master does all the moves by himself, high-tone music.
Bad - Master stops doing the moves and just waves his hands, also leaninig on his leg. Low-pitch tones can be heard in the music.
Awful - Master gives up and just lays on the ground, and music is a bunch of howls.

Personally, I’m happy all the mess-ups are on here!! I went into this hoping I’d get to see all of the game, so failed scenes included!! Besides, they’re easy to skip so I never saw the problem. Tysm for keeping this & the comment section up for all these years despite some negative comments.

god i love this game. the graphics r god awful but that makes the game even better. how it looks doesn’t matter the beats were so good and this game was rlly ahead of its time. so glad u uploaded it w no commentary! i don’t mind ur fails honestly i get the game is hard and old and glitches a lot. i just love listening to the songs over and over anyways! keep up the good work! thank you for this nostalgia!

Honestly I like this playthrough very much. I think you did a good job, and I didn't mind the fails very much. I think the songs are very rhythmic and catchy, so I didn't mind hearing them over and over myself... Beating this game myself took me 100x the amount of repeats you had to do. I had it myself on my Ouya over emulator. It wasn't laggy, but I am the absolute worst at rhythm. I don't understand and can't match them very well. It took me a solid 12 hours to beat this game, but I felt really accomplished when I did. I really liked the line "crack crack crack the egg into the- EGG" in this playthrough, it made me laugh both last night and today again when I listened. I always crack my eggs into the egg. 10/10
