Metal Universe release day is here! Always an interesting rip hunting after the iconic PMGs! Great to see the 97-98 retro set has some massive rookies included this year!

With the Bedard hype his cards are going to for some crazy numbers! What do you think the Gold PMG 1/1 will be worth?

The first box had a ssp Matthews retro metal (1:240 packs). That was the "box hit" aside from the /199 card. The second box had the ssp palladium (1:400 packs) to go along with the pmg. Although they don't look as good as pmg's, they're at least some of the harder to get inserts. I expect there will be several pmg cards with white corners but that's just a product of cards that are made that way.

Always hella fun. But boy oh boy. $100 product + $100 Bedard premium. Prefer a vintage $200 box of BAP, no doubt.

It's pretty tough to be even more underwhelming than Credentials and Synergy, but they did it! never underestimate how low UD can go.

Nice Marner Palladium 1:400 tons of hard to hit cards with the Noyz Boyz being the rarest at 1:1200

I think it would nice if upper deck made spx the old format of 12-15 packs a box and just add a few metal cards and PGM as inserts in spx and did away with metal boxes
