Daniel McFadden on the Challenges of Big Data

Daniel McFadden, co-recipient of the 2000 Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, comments on the opportunities and challenges of (privately-funded) Big Data research.

Every year, the Lindau Nobel Laureate Meetings connect Nobel Laureates with the next generation of leading scientists: 600 undergraduates, PhD students and post-doc researchers from all over the world. The 7th Lindau Meeting on Economic Sciences will take place 23 – 27 August 2022.
