In a world of "deny, deny, deny" and no apologies I wish more folks followed your lead. This is what accountability looks like. Getting a call like that is crazy rough, but you did the right thing by acknowledging the problem and doing what you can to make things right. I am certain they will take that into account when considering fines and penalties. A lot of regulatory folks are quite reasonable (especially in local or state government) if you just acknowledge the room for improvement and act to make things better. I wish more people were like you. Truly.

I'd lawyer up with the crane issue Jacob, and the safety issues ain't a bad thing at all I've always said you need to set not just an example but a darn good example, because there's a lot of young kids watching your videos so you need to pass on to them the best of your knowledge and instill in them the highest of working safely as well. Doing everything more safety oriented and focused will be good all around...
