Africa contains a total of 54 independent countries, 3 dependencies, and one disputed territory. The United Nations divides Africa into five subregions for statistical purposes. They are Northern Africa, Eastern Africa, Western Africa, Middle Africa, and Southern Africa. The borders of Africa were largely drawn up by former European colonial powers, and for the most part do not reflect the ethnic, linguistic, or religious divisions of the continent.

First time learn that Africa is having many country’s at first I thought that only one country call Africa and they are speaking only language and they are only one culture, but now can see that they have their own culture and their own language their are having same color skins but different cultures and different languages is good to know now! Wonderful Video, I enjoyed every moment of it and will watch it over and over again. I have visited Egypt and Kenya and have an upcoming trip planed to Morocco. However, because Africa is made up of over 54 countries; there are border entry requirements for each country. Trying to travel across borders can present real issues. We traveled from Egypt, south to the Sudan and were not allowed to enter the country. We did not have the authorized documents beforehand. Thank you for this video.
