Award-winning actor José Pedro Balmaceda Pascal was born on the 2nd April 1975 in Santiago, Chile, and has now become known to the world as Oberyn Martell in the TV series “Game of Thrones” from 2014, and as Javier Peña in the TV series “Narcos” from 2015 to 2017, among many other differing appearances.
