Terry mentions in particular a new book by Markus Osterrieder called 'Welt im Umbruch (World in Upheaval) 'which is the most detailed and all encompassing research on WW1 to date. This book is available in german only for the moment and can be bought on amazon :

Wonderful presentation. I have read two of the books on the list. I remember Hilary Benn's speech to the Commons in support of air strikes against Syria and how similar it was to Edward Grey's shameful speech in 1914. Good on you. Keep up the good work! Another piece of historical revisionism that is sorely needed is a reclassification of the Irish genocide and ethnic cleansing which has been cheapened and relegated to a potato famine. How could it have been a famine when there was plenty of food being exported to the UK, the whole sordid process presided over by British soldiers. The Crown has the blood of millions of its own subjects on its hands.

The echo/room mode reverb is bad in the audio & needs some serious post-production audio editing to filter the echo/room mode & other background noises. Also this is an excellent example of why shotgun mics shouldn’t be used and you need to mic your speakers.
