In restaurant we have to work at many section also in many cuisine at a time, in five star if we join one section or even one cuisine we limited for that section only until your are at higher position, in restaurant if you are on pasta section yo can go tomorrow and work in bakery or dessert section and again next day can work in tandoor section there is no limit, which in five star doesn't allow easily.
