MOZZARELLA TOMATO & BASIL PESTO CHICKEN RECIPE

I made this tonight and was amazed how delicious and easy it was! I am not a cook in any sense of the word. Seriously.. I burn toast and popcorn on a regular basis! This dish however was simple enough for me and turned out great. Even my Italian mother gave her stamp of approval!🙌

I've made this a few times now. I slather the chicken with pesto though and wait to add cheese till the end . With a side of steamed broccoli, asparagus or Zucchini it's so yummy .

instead of putting on a salad it goes well with rice i prefer wild rice but any rice it is great
