"It stitches up much prettier than the picture" should probably be the cross stitchers motto. When it comes to those Mirabilias it is so true though. In person those colors, silk and beadwork are simply exquisite. I have several kitted up that are just waiting for me to finish other higher priority projects.
I've loved the honey bee kit since I saw calico whimsy stitch it up. That woman is a wonderful enabler 😂

Honey bee is too cute for words, glad you feel like stitching again, isn't awful that something can make feel so bad that you don't want to do the things you love most, I'm sure the doggies have been giving you plenty of cuddles & hugs, take care.

Iv2 never stitch a Barbara Anna, but I have be watching Laura @stitching by the shore and she is stitching a beautiful one on a gorgeous colour of fabric, Honey bear just reminds me childhood, what a great idea with frame, the mill hill piece looks stunning in it, I'm sure you were so pleased. X

So good to see you as always Jaime! I am so excited that you showed that vintage Dimensions pattern, The Magic of Summer. I have been searching for that for decades and could never find that exact one. My cousin was stitching that when her mom (my aunt) taught me to stitch (cousin and I were both 10). I knew Dimensions/Wysocki but that one never came up for me. Good call on the dead island. All of your stitching looks awesome; you still have quite a bit to show for having lost your bug. So happy you are feeling better. Your hair is gorgeous!!

I’m just glad you’re back! Hope you get to feeling 100% all better soon! Loved the stitching and love Mill Hills. I stitch them on linen or even weave. Not into bees but that’s a very nice kit. Thx for the video.
