WKRP in Cincinnati is an American sitcom television series about the misadventures of the staff of a struggling fictional radio station in Cincinnati, Ohio. The show was created by Hugh Wilson and was based upon his experiences working in advertising sales at Top 40 radio station WQXI in Atlanta, including many of the characters.[1] Wilson once told The Cincinnati Enquirer that he selected WKRP as the call sign to stand for C-R-A-P.

Why do you have pictures of people decades ago, and then a completely different person who is old and in the hospital or something? You havre Gary and some old guy on his death bed, and Gary is doing just fine; you have Elaine from Cheers in 1982 and a completely different person next to her. Now you're saying in this headline 'All cast died tragically' which is a straight up falsehood. Most of the cast is still living. You gonna 'report', stop with the lies.

A great comedy show with an excellent cast! I did wonder at times what happened to the cast of WKRP. I was saddened to learn some of them have passed away, but I am glad for the update.

Loved the Show! I was in radio myself at the time and lived in Dayton, Ohio, Gary Sandy’s home town. I had the opportunity to interview Gary and we became friends! What a great guy and I’m so glad to know he’s doing well! Amazing Cast & great clip! Too bad they billed it in a tragic way. Glad many of the cast members are still with us.
