A train jumps the tracks in Iowa early Sunday morning, demolishing a bridge and piling up cars. Authorities say no one was injured.

A Union Pacific train carrying industrial sand and soybean oil derailed in Iowa early on Sunday (September 23), according to local media.

No injuries have been reported so far.

The accident happened near the city of Alton. Drone footage from the Sioux County Sheriff's office shows a line of train cars piled up across the Floyd River.

Local media report that the accident has demolished a bridge that once spanned the river.

Authorities are investigating the cause of the accident, and have urged commuters to stay away from the area as emergency services move in. Alton city officials say that so far, there are no hazardous materials leaking from the site.
