slow zombies are so much more eerie and scary than running ones. its not because they're slow but because they're persistent. The most dangerous times are when you think you're safe and get comfortable

The game is No More Room In Hell and is free on steam.

Its a L4D-like with a bit of a twist. The game is much more realistic. You collect individual bullets and use a lot of melee. One bite and you are infected until you die, kill yourself or complete the level. You can only slow the infection. The movement is slow and you run out of stamina quickly.

The game is super cool, has many levels and a wave survival mode. Also modded servers and custom levels.

Slow moving zombies are not deadly. You could probably use the butt of the gun to damage their brain. You should only do something like this if you are bitten and confirmed infected, otherwise you've got options.
