What is the dose of paracetamol ? Common Pediatric drugs

Sir, I am always confused for paediatric dose..pls sir, make video at least 50 medicine dose for infants/child.Thnx sir

Sir how do we know how much to give. Could you please tell how to divide the dosage.
Eg- 20kg child with fever?
So pcm is 10-15 mg/kg/dose.
10×20=200kg/dose.
So 5ml have 125.
Then 8ml(200mg) 3time a day?
As max we can give pcm is 60mg/kg/day.
