A) hbA1C
B) fasting blood sugar>=126
C) random blood sugar >= 200
D) some vessel related (which for sure cannot be done at a phc)

But then the combinations were such that only B and C weren't there together. A was given in all 4 combinations

2) A C
3) ABC
4) all the above

Since BC are correct most of us ended up marking option 3

In the question patient had symptoms of both right heart and left heart failure. (Pedal edema, jvp, liver palpable, bilteral basal lung crepitations).
So cadaveric image answer will be RV and LV changes. As both RHF nad LHF is there

For Bp 160/110 there was mentioned hemiparesis...and other 2 options were...
Ct angio for large vessel infarct and 4th I don't remember...and was easily excluded
