- Kit and Jerma complaining about Mark to James (who are both the same scammer), and James trying to defend him while still pretending to be a different person.

The call almost ends right away because he thinks the printer was physically taken apart, then when he's already invested too much time he desperately tries to convince them he can repair water damage over the internet. Seems legit.
