Great video as always! But I have to disagree on one point. Mutual funds are generally a bad investment. When you buy a mutual fund, you're paying someone to try to beat the market on a consistent basis. No one can do that. Buying an index fund is a much better idea because index funds simply match the market or a given sector of the market. Index funds also aren't managed, so you aren't paying for failure the way you do with a mutual fund.
