Mahatma Gandhi's life tragically came to an end less than a year after leading India to its independence from Britain.

Gandhi has been called the Father of India and was given the nickname “Mahatma” meaning great soul. He introduced the concept of Satyagraha and led the famous Salt March in India, becoming a symbol of peace and human rights all around the world, inspiring other leaders like MLK Jr. and Nelson Mandela.

this is British concocted story to tell that Gandhi was mahatma- actually both Gandhi Nehru were British agent- but Faught to each other over power sharing after august 1947- so Nehru provided pistol to Godse and killed Gandhi to clear his ways to power- later his successful coverup is history and a lesson to learn
