Love thrifting. Got a beautiful hand made quilt the other day- labelled a "Pet blanket", few tears on a couple of squares that are a quick fix and I am rebinding it in a different colour- Queen sized, double sided for $3.00!!! approx One pound fifty if you can believe it!!! I was out walking with some friends and we saw a frilly white bra on the path. Gave me the opportunity to repeat a very old joke. I said ' It must be an American Bra, as one Yank and it was off!' 2 of my friends and myself are British and 1 is an American so it gave us a bit of the giggles! Thanks Jane xx
