I’m so perturbed by the fact that the plagues they unleashed had nothing to do with their symbolism. Instead of releasing famine, the character in black released the flu. Instead of war, Redmon releases a tsunami. It’s friggin baffling and an unforced error on an otherwise flawless film

At first I was confused on the order they went in their deaths, conquest is supposed to come first, but then I realized the first one you see in the movie is Conquest, then next you see war, then famine, and death last. Death is the healer, her life is giving life to all, her death is giving death is giving death to all. Famine makes the food, she is the nurturer, a cook. War had an assault charge, had a war writhing himself and caused violence to the couple, and then last, Conquest, was the “leader” of the group. He was the one who did the most talking and was the strongest physically. It all made sense to me after the movie when I looked back at the scenes. They did it very subliminally

The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are figures in the Book of Revelation in the New Testament of the Bible, a piece of apocalypse literature written by John of Patmos. Revelation 6 tells of a book or scroll in God's right hand that is sealed with seven seals. The Lamb of God/Lion of Judah opens the first four of the seven seals, which summons four beings that ride out on white, red, black, and pale horses. In John's revelation the first horseman rides a white horse, carries a bow, and is given a crown as a figure of conquest, perhaps invoking pestilence, or the Antichrist. The second carries a sword and rides a red horse as the creator of war, conflict, and strife. The third, a food merchant, rides a black horse symbolizing famine and carries the scales. The fourth and final horse is pale, upon it rides Death, accompanied by Hades.

Good movie, a major hang up though: how did the news station get the cannon beach footage? As someone who has a similar portable pistol safe, why bring it to the woods if you're gonna leave it in the car? Movie would've been pretty short

Just watched this movie. Throughtout the whole movie i kept agreeing with Andrew. Those 4 people who knocked at their cabin & barging with scary weapons seems and sounds like a lunatic whos having an episode.. this movie made me uncomfortable on some level 😂 great acting thoooo
