The subscription-only service is set to launch in private beta by the end of the year.

I remember seeing these tools in 2017 when some weta digital animators came and talked about their custom tools they built for Planet of the Apes and Valerian. Very lucky to see them since we're in NZ as well

Ah man, it'll be amazing if WetaM is a more stable than vanilla Maya. I'm curious how barbershop compares to xgen.

I tried Maya and 3DS Max. Unusable for the price. Learning takes a while. Blender is king. A month goes by too fast to be billed and have learned very little.
