Purpleheart isn't that bad about on pad with walnut .Dalbergia is many species not just one Cocobolo is done if them and all are illegal to import but several rosewoods are not exactly super expensive. And Bubinga is on the high side of prices for commonly imported exotics but not high enough to get out on this list. I think this may be affected by where you live Also I would add wenge at my local lumber yard is around 9$ per bf more than purple heart
