I was taught to not touch the sapling and let the bark come off during tillering to lesson the integrity issues with self bows but I rarely see anyone else do this with yew…

Beautiful bow. Were the downrange videos slowed down? I’m not asking to be rude, but 60# @31” is usually faster than that, and the videos from the side sounded faster and more like what 60# @ 31” normally sounds like. I’m just curious. The build is beautiful though!
