It's unforgettable how simple and impactful this intro is for a kids show. The music is catchy. If you've never watched this show, you get everything you need to know about the cast and how the main character feels about them in less than a minute. It's awesome and a nice reminder of a time when great storytelling was priority in Hollywood.

I was a bit too old for this when I first encountered it but was still quite impressed. :) The thing that I always really liked about it - and still do - is that Clarissa's best friend was a boy. There's far too few examples of positive friendships between boys and girls in TV shows.

Hearing the opening to this just threw me back into 4th grade 🙌🏻 that felt amazing. Back when you watched show after show and could tell what the next one was when you were in the kitchen getting soda
