I think that comvat should be equal between Shay and Edward since both of them recived little trainning from the assassins and Shay himself was an apprentice when he left the assassins, gadgets are equal since the have the same gadgets and skill and stealth should go to Edward since he inflitrated an assassin base with zero assassin training at that time and he also killed assassins with zero training.
Speed and agility should go to Adè since
he could catch a ship while he was climbing rocks,
could catch many people during the game.
one of the freeing slave activity requires you to chase and kill a guard that is chasing a slave,
esxaped a ship that was sinking.
can outswim sharks and agility since based on some cutscemes he has the same height as Edwarx or its a little shorter, gadgets again they have the same gadgets as Edward, stealth should go to Adè since he infiltrated de Fayett's mansion many times,

Love Connor but I think Shay has a slight edge in a fight against him since Connor is known to be a bit naive

Don’t quote me on this but Shay was a Target of Connor’s at one Point and a Target of Arno’s, it’s in some novel (again don’t quote me) but it took both of them to take down Shay.
