Hey Harry, epic setup! One remark I have is that I believe that Conti makes special TT Aero tyres. They only comes as a front tyre as they have no effect on the rear. But I think they aero optimized Conti TT's. Not cheap, but talking about stones unturned, I might let you know :)

Good move for the lower rolling resistance while keeping the good front aero benefits of the Conti. I'm an experienced NZ chip rider and recommend the Silca tyre pressure calculator. You're around the right pressures, though seem a smidge high (compared to my TT position 83kg). Don't go lower unless happy. Is the course pothole free? Normally our chip is sh#te, but no potholes if the Council or NZTA has tidied up for a big event. Bike's looking 💥!

The course seems a bit hilly at the beginning and quite windy. For someone with less experience, what’s your opinion on using a disc wheel? Would it provide any advantages, or would it just make the ride more challenging?
