a fun all pink and green theme! and with buldak noodles, yum! i love the regular ramen noodles and the tteokbokki (rice cakes) ones, so i'm excited to eat the wide glass noodles. it was spicy as usual, but the texture was insane! and coupled with matcha ice cream.. wow!

I don’t know why but I prefer Shin Ramen over Buldak. Buldak’s too spicy for me to spot any difference from the other flavours, and the differences are so little that it’s irrelevant, just my opinion.

Hello, I'm Korean!! and the reason for the overflow is that I covered the lid to create a vacuum. You have to cover the lid slightly to the side to give you space to breathe so that it doesn't overflow, but if it's difficult, cook without a lid at all😊😊

The main buldak noodles are pretty spicy for me too, so i dont use the full spice package. Shin ramen is my limit, so i usually use about 1/2 the buldak packages for the regular black package, and about 3/4 for the other flavours like the carbonara or the cheese.

I THINK The rosé sauce is an Italian sauce used in some Italian food

Nowadays there’s something called rose tteokbokki or rose buldak ramen using that sauce.

I don’t know if it is but those wide noodles look like one of the chinese wide noodles

Tbh I love adding Kewpie mayo to my Buldak. It adds so much body to the sauce and helps make it not destroy my tongue but doesn't change the taste too much
