Going there in Summer 2024! I've always wanted to go to Japan. I've generally never gone on big trips or vacations outside Europe, which often feels underwhelming, since they have for the most part very similar cultures. Not only that, but I was planning on asking my parents if we could book a flight there sometime, which wouldn't have worked since they have their jobs to tend to, so this is a perfect opportunity! It would be nice to learn Japanese while getting to roam around the country and getting familiar with the culture. However, I do plan on trying to learn a little bit of the language before going, since I'd feel awkward roaming around aimlessly.

If anyone going at around the same time wants a friend, I'll be here giving you my info in the comments :)

My biggest dream is to travel there with EF and study there for a couple of months or a year. I want to make friends of course in Japan, including with other foreign students. I do not know how EF works, especially about the price to go travel there and also the learning books of Japan.

I'm planning on saving up and going after I've graduated from uni! (I'll be 22 then). Because career related studies always go first of course ;)

I've always wanted to go to Japan ever since I was 11 years old and I have been learning Japanese on and off since then, in the last few years I've seriously begun to study grammar and kanji to be able to read untranslated comics but I'll never be able to speak or confidently write it without going there myself!
