Heritage Insurance Company Fined $1 Million Dollars for Improper Claim Handling

One of the worst insurance companies in Florida, Heritage Insurance, was recently fined $1 million dollars for failure to handle claims properly after Hurricane Ian.

The fine should have been much harder because Heritage has continued to abuse the laws in Florida and continued to not pay claims.

Thats insane thats crazy 1 million dollars fine 1 house is probably worth that much damage this is crazy asf who owns this heritage and the other 6 companies the government
