Sir, if a person convicted by a court and referred to probation officer for a period of 1 year and he successfully completed the probation period of 1 year.Is he still be considered as a convicted person? Is he eligible to become a Director of a company.?As per Companies Act, 2017, a person who is convicted by a court is ineligible to become a director.
kindly guide.
Furthermore, is he eligible to join Civil Services of Pakistan?
