I will say that that a lot of people buy from Amazon because it's fulfilled very quickly and and usually at a great price. Over the years the customer service has increasingly got worse and worse, so the notion that they are customer obsessed, to this customer, isn't being transferred. For the first time, I am contemplating not renewing my prime membership this year just due to really bad customer service and issues with orders.

Good morning I just ran across your videos I completed the class or course on how to become an Amazon seller the course was very informative but upon research I found that there were things in the course that were outdated because Amazon had change the policies on certain procedures
In the course was not updated the course is based out of 2015 2016 however I wish I would've came across your course before hand But your videos are very informative

I suggest checking out some of the blogs of people in Amazon's CamperForce who work the 4th quarter for Amazon for a view from another side. These are very physically and mentally difficult jobs. You'll have a better appreciation for the employees after reading the blogs. Look for Interstellar Orchard (she's worked 4th quarter for several years) and Camper Chronicles (they worked last year for the first and probably last time). Their blogs helped me decide to go FBA over seasonal work at Amazon when I hit the road next year. BTW, they are not anti-Amazon.

I have a question the course or two is keenly on concentrating on private labeling the claim that it's the only way to set yourself apart on Amazon and make real money what are your thoughts on this ?

Don't buy into the whole "team members" thing. Most jobs do the same thing. It makes the employee feel no different.
