Trooper's Report:

On 7/18/2024 at approximately 1523 hours, I, Trooper A. Cass, observed a black 4-door car (V1) traveling above the posted 60
mph speed limit. V1 crossed multiple lanes of traffic on I-630 W at Mile Marker 8 towards the I-430 N Exit. V1 then increased
speed rapidly and passed several cars. As I moved behind V1 and caught up to them I obtained a radar reading of 77 mph. I
initiated a traffic stop as V1 took Exit 8B to I-430 N. We came to a stop on the East shoulder of I-430 N at Mile Marker 7. I
approached the vehicle, introduced myself, and gave the reason for the stop. S1 advised she was in a hurry to take her child to
the doctor and did not have her driver's license, registration, or Insurance with her. When asked for her name and date of birth,
S1 provided a name of Becca Smith. I returned to my unit to check this information and V1
accelerated away from the traffic stop.

I notified dispatch that I was in pursuit of V1. V1 took Exit 8 (Rodney Parham) and went East on Rodney Parham. V1 then
turned North on Breckenridge Rd. against the red light and continued to Pleasant Valley Rd., reaching speeds of 80 to 90 mph.
V1 failed to stop at multiple stop signs along Pleasant Valley Rd. V1 came out on Cantrell Rd. and took the I-430 S ramp. Once
on I-430 S, V1 accelerated to speeds above 100 mph. I was able to perform a successful TVI to end the pursuit. V1 struck a
guardrail on the East side of I-430 S and rolled into the median. S1 was ejected from the vehicle into the median. Medical aid
was immediately rendered and continued until M.E.M.S. arrived on-scene and transported S1 to U.A.M.S.

S1 was later identified as Divionna Bullock. After numerous tests Bullock was admitted to the hospital and will have a warrant
issued for her arrest upon release from the medical facility.

Charges:
-Driving on suspended license
-Obstruction
-Felony Fleeing
-Reckless driving
-Speeding (more than 15 MPH over limit)
-No insurance

Using her turn signals during a chase is probably the craziest thing she did

Driving over 120: mph and no seat belt? Darwin Award.

Driving recklessly at 90 mph through a neighborhood while fleeing should be a mandatory minimum prison sentence.

That she survived is a small miracle. Why is it that people survive crashes like this when pursued by police, yet innocent victims of drunk drivers or speeders are killed every day in far less serious accidents? It blows my mind.

The fact she lived a 122 mph crash and ejection is wild

Criminals survive the craziest things while innocent civilians never seem to have the same luck

When faced with a misdemeanor traffic violation for some reason some people insist on changing it into a serious felony

This Trooper is absolutely amazing!!! Being able to remain that close to the vehicle during the whole pursuit and then perform a successful pit at 122 mph on the first try!!! She deserves a huge raise. Nice job Trooper Cass!

The fact this woman survived is insane.

If you're wondering what the REASON reason Ms. Bullock ran from Trooper Cass, maybe the following list of separate charges (within the last three years) might give you an indication:

- domestic battery – 3rd degree
- driving on suspended license
- driving vehicle without tags
- failure to appear on class a misdemeanor
- failure to appear on unclassified misdemeanor (FTA)
- failure to appear on violation (FTA) (2x)
- failure to stop at red light (2x)
- no liability insurance (2x)
- speeding
- theft of property <= $1000

She's also been evicted twice from separate apartment complexes for failure to pay rent.

It's still a mystery why people think it's smart to run from Arkansas State Police.

This Lady Trooper is an excellent fast driver and sharp eyes keeping up with the Lexus, and a pit maneuver correctly

That Trooper was so calm on the radio, it was like she was giving a weather report.

I’m surprised that she didn’t end up splattered on that traffic sign like in the first Deadpool movie.

Dude I dunno how this trooper even kept eyes on the car after it first took off. She is a talented driver too. That U-turn was insane.

The driver needs to see SERIOUS jail time for this stunt. There needs to be a clear message, you run from the police, you go to jail.

I'm amazed that the officer was able to keep the vehicle in sight. I had no idea where the car went.

If you have to be ejected, I imagine the grassy median is the best place to land. Far better than hard pavement, road-rash, and being run over by an 18-wheeler.

I’ll never understand someone who would rather get a felony fleeing charge rather than a ticket for driving with a suspended license… like bro
