What makes a motorcycle cool? The way I feel when I sit on it. I’ve had Hondas, Harleys, and Triumphs…I don’t know what I like, but I know it when I see it.

Love the work you are doing on the Dolly Mongrel. You'll possibly be surprised to hear that although there are plenty of old British bikes in the UK, most of them spend most of their time safely locked in garages. I did spot a nice Norton Commando cafe racer when I was out the other day, but in the seaside town where I live, which is full of bikes and bikers, a Brit bike is a rare sight.

That inverted lever and the CT70 throttle are a dope addition to this bike. Looks Awesome 😎

Hi from England, exactly the reason I bought my Indian Scout Rouge was that there's few of them on the road over here, it gets a lot of positive attention and when I ride its like no other feeling just wish we had better weather over here. I love your videos, keep up the good work and a Happy New Year to you and your family.

Beautiful work on the bike. The coolest bike I’ve seen is any bike I am on.

As someone who drives a "non-conventional" Harley (Pan America S), I love your definition of cool motorcycle!

Very very cool Mr. Weems!
You build show into every bike you make and that is what makes it a winner even if it doesn't cross a finish line. I personally am not a welder I'm a grinder according to some friends but then again I learned to weld on the farm. To maintain my old bikes I cannot find parts so I maintain friends that work in mill shops and machinists. Nothing is more cool to me then pulling the forms off a mold and grinding or sanding a replacement piece to keep one of my old steeds running.
I have never been a fan of "after market parts" because i have been happy with the bikes I own. If I can ever afford a Triumph made by you Sir, I would die a happy man.
I love the foot clutch of my Indian. And the tank shifter on my 65 Panhead. When I arrived in DC for Rolling Thunders ride on Memorial day I know she stood out from the thousands of look alike darleys. Because I prefer to ride alone I didn't care for the attention so I left her alone to be admired. Honestly if you are doing things to be noticed, then you aren't riding enough.
That statement doesn't go for real builders such as You or Mr. Indian Larry! Motorcycles started before there were roads and I think every bike should be treated the same.
Have a terrific New Years Eve with your family and friends. Please have a Healthy Happy New Year
with Love and Respect, You are in my prayers

Thanks for the answer to the question I've pondered about your fondness of British bikes.

Jared showed what makes a bike cool at the start here, cutting the bars and machining the clamp is something different to others but has the builders vision and skills in it also, I've always considered people that can transfer an idea into reality a type of artist but a chopper builder has all the elements combined resulting in a creation infused with their panache.

I like how you did this episode. The behind the scenes of building motorcycles just might spark some others to building their own.
Take care Jared, ride safe.
