As domeone who plays off meta junglers 10% of the games for years, i can only say this season is so perfect for this. The durability changes allow every champion to jungle somewhat decent and if you fall behind in gold and xp, the catchup xp and shutdowns got you covered

Never really understood why poppy is considered an off meta jg or ever has. I feel she's always been good in the jungle with her easy clear and ability to gank lanes. I ended up whipping up my own off meta build, been playing predator juggernaut poppy and seeing niche success eith it. While I'm still silver 4 my win rate with poppy has gone up and I've just made it to the top 11% of poppy players both world wide and in NA. Hoping to one day make it to masters and end up as one of the focuses for your videos in the future to prove just about anyone can climb with anything if they put in the time and effort

Kindred mid is legit really good and something I would beg you to look into and spread, it's disgusting early and she scales harder than most midlanders and has stupidly diverse build paths, there's even a challenger kindred mid player in NA (ik it's na but who else plays kindred mid let me have this >:(

I've been trying a new bruiser Dr.Mundo build recently. His abilities scale with health and building bruiser items will give surprising amounts of damage on your auto attacks. Pair this with ghost, his passive, and the speed and survivability of his ult makes him a great split pusher that is difficult for the entire enemy team to kill. If you build warmogs you can push in deep, win most 1v1s if you land your cleavers thus forcing at least 2 to come for you, and use spacing to heal any damage they manage to get on you so you don't need to leave the lane. If you do this long enough they are either forced to send more people to you giving your team free objectives, or leave you to face your team giving you a free tower. If you need to group and team fight you still have a ton of health and can still be very impactful sometimes even being able to use your speed to simply rush the backline and quickly get a kill with your higher than normal damage. Build usually consists of sunfire if you need extra durability, stridebreaker if you need even more speed, or gore drinker if you don't need either of the other two then a titanic hydra for damage and wave clear and a warmogs for survivability. Last items should be more situational like a dead mans if you need more speed and armor or a black cleaver if your enemies have a lot of armor, mostly use your best judgement based off the situation. With titanic hydra and mundo's abilities you'll always do decent damage as long as you build health so both bruiser and tank items work with the build as needed.

One combo some friends play is Master Yi and Braum Botlane. Master Yi has the double attack passive for an easy proc of Braum´s passive, and Braum can easily get onto the enemies with his Q, as the Master Yi jumps on top of the enemies with his Q and Braum can just follow with W for additional resistencies. Nearly unkillable in a 2 v 2 and strong snowball

I exclusively play JG Darius. He works so well and has so many builds. He is broken as a whole. People explode when you hit them and you have not 1 but 2 auto resets and 2 slows and CC's

Happy, I’ve been climbing the ranks with Morde Jg for a while now, and I thought he was good but not super overpowered. You wouldn’t believe how much my heart soared when I saw that #1 S rank pick, I’m glad I’m apparently not doomed to get hard stuck at some point lol. Awesome video, this was lots of fun to watch!

As someone who tried Morde tank top, I say it is better being his only weakness any ranged matchup(even then you can win, but be prepared to not being able to do anything until you have ult and be the most patient man on earth when you not)so I can only imagine how hard it may hit when you are the one who dictate the chase with ghost.

idk if it would be off meta enough for this channel but anyways it's ivern but you play like a catcher/tank hybrid. basically you are still a second support but you have the damage of a tank (so not much but better then normal Ivern) and amped up cc as well while still giving good shields for your team and utility. the more accurate version of this is that daisy is the tank constantly slowing the enemy and getting loads of knockups while ivern himself is almost impossible to catch and kill without just 1 shotting him. so what makes it is glacial augment for slows and imperial mandate paring really well with your e slow and glacial. but the main items that i think is super good on ivern is rylai's crystal scepter. it makes you so hard to catch and every auto with w applies it daisy applies it and your e slow becomes an almost root. this also is a super snowbally build as daisy doesn't scale that well and just get deleted late game which ap from the build should help a bit with. ok so items and runes proper. runes are glacial, magical footwear, futures market, cosmic insight. transcendence and gathering storm as secondaries. the secondaries are just to help a bit with scaling and e and q spam. now items, boots as quickly as you can through spam ganking and fighting lots i almost always went mobility boots but boots of swiftness is most likely better because well most people aren't good enough to need the little extra speed mobility boots give and not losing all of your ms if you do get hit will save you alot and not moving quite as fast didn't seem to make it to much harder to be there for every fight/skirmish. so yeah the boots mobility or swiftness either or works; you just want to be there for as much fights as possible to get stack for the dark steel that i almost alway buy first back. you want to be snowballing hard and with this a bad game is like 3 deaths so you don't die that much and going into mejai' soulstealer is the goal because it's so cheap and gives you lots of movement speed. the ap is good but keeping that 10% is super useful. i get mythic being imperial mandate then rylai's crystal scepter and that's the only time the items 100% go in that order. i might get cosmic drive next or chemtech putrifier for anti heal. after that it's most likely zhonya's hourglass. then demonics if you don't want the mejai's or you can get cosmic if you didn't get that already. this build lets ivern completely control fights and just remove so much pressure it's insane. normal ivern for my felt like you had almost nothing you could do but e spam and q people daisy was there and she was still useful early but you just fell off so hard and needed so much help. this build lets you take 1v1's and solo kill people while they struggle to even touch you. the downsides is just that ivern is hard as balls to learn and just play due to how different he is and that you don't have the same level healing and shielding that moonstone gives you with the normal build. you still have 500+ shields on a 4 second cooldown just no healing and a bit less shielding. i do think that this should be the meta ivern build. idk about high ranks though, i play in bronze to gold (never ranked and i play casual because i don't need league to be more toxic then casual already is.) so i can't say how good it is at challenger but the emotional damage you can do to someone as they spend all of their cooldowns and sums to get to you just for you to shield yourself and then slow them and run away is amazing. it's like ashe but ashe can shield herself and has a deployable tank if she needs it. oh yeah the max order i still max e, q, w, like everyone else the e is just so good for it's damage and shielding to not max first. the one thing that this build lets you not have to learn is good w placement as ivern you can just w yourself and get the slows on every auto and then run away for a bit w again and more slows on auto. you can still be good at w placement but you don't need it to get massive value from your w. another thing is daisy needs a lot of attention from you not just shields but you are basically playing 2.5 champs. you need to constantly position daisy and switch her targets after a knockup to get max value and then you also have to watch and manage all of your team and the enemy team and yourself. it can be a bit overwhelming sometimes lol but that's just ivern things i guess.

It seems like if your champion is "weak" then going with a different build is what you should do, not just keep playing the same thing.

Maybe ryze mains should try out AD ryze or durable ryze with conquer, demonic embrace, and fimbulwinter. Maybe poke ryze where you play him like ezreal? Something other than thee current "best build"


As for my own off meta ideas, before the durability patch Lux jungle was possible but very difficult back when everyone went Lee sin, ekko, etc. Now people do more durable styles, and lux is more durable too, she can (and could before) solo full clear starting Q let's her hold the buff down for two full seconds at level one, then at level 2 you take E and aim to proc your passive on every alive monster in that camp. You can even throw your E from afar, run into auto attack range, then detonate it, and her next E will be up very shortly as it starts the moment you click E, not the moment it detonates.

I think if you remove the "crit" part of Aatrox jg you have an A to S tier pick off meta jg
He can 5 camp before scuttle and his gank setup is very good, and his early dueling is relatively good as well
