- FIRST LOOK at the Savage Gear Hybrid 3D hard shrimp, in two colors pre-ordered from Tackle warehouse. Savage Gear award winning Icast 2015, New Lure.

I was and am still hoping that this meant I was pre-ordering F-U-N!
Time will tell in how durable this thing is. Supposedly a TOP water shrimp that dives, & twitches.

Has the "perfect" shrimp (clone) lure been made yet?

I've always been a D.O.A. guy....and base all up against it. "Silhouette" is why the D.O.A. is deadly on anything. The "Silhouette" on this lure looks spot on. All the colors don't have to be exact shrimp like. Our waters here are so dark. Add in more bulk, a rattle, and a swimming, popping backwards action. Can't wait to see it work!!! (I'll be following up with Video)
I was wrong, it's a "bottom lure" that works as a "top water" I described it backwards.

only problem that I can see is the location of the line tie.. knowing how a shrimp moves in the water I can not see a natural movement when you cast and retrieve it....maybe the line tie should be on top of the tail near the tail. I will be very interested in your fishing test in the future...    I like the electric chicken colored one it would work really good here in Savannah!  Tight lines Capt!
