The only time I’ve found peace in venting with no response is when it’s understood that I just need to release . I don’t want to hold it in and I crave a human connection … but as I’m growing my relationship with God and myself, I pray or do an audio or written journal to release more… I’m trying to break my people pleasing ways because it depletes me if I’m not conscious
