So, you cry about secularism, but when the government brings about a law truly secular in nature you squeal yet again

*For CAA : All religion must are same we all must be treated equally  !!!*

*For UCC : How can you treat all Religion same, we need different law for our Community ?*

We as a democratic nation, need to be pro-constitutional and anti-discriminational, hence very strongly and strictly need to implement secular laws such as UCC.

Thankfully Goa always had the "Uniform civil code" which rest of India doesn't
Thank the Portuguese for that

I think india is the only country where
People which are in majority want civil code
But people in minority (i mean there are only one minority here in India which always scared that's why sometimes they cut heads on the name of blasphemy 🌝)
Yes we are unique 🧐🥴
Joke aside If we want to become a developed and peaceful country then we need UCL

This video is misleading. UCC does not intend to interfere in customs. U can marry as per ur rituals/culture. But at the end of the day u have to register ur marriage and get a certificate to make it legitimate and official under law( which has been there always). Similarly, in matters of divorce, inheritance, adoption UCC comes into picture to allow uniformity just like we have for criminal laws. If criminal laws are based on constitutional directives, why not these personal laws? After all divorce, inheritance etc are also human rights issues when dealt in courts and has to be heard from a fair point angle rather than cultural/religious angle.

one nation one law is also a desirable move. Besides UCC will bring some order to the chaos called diversity in this country. And religious laws I dont think should apply to marriage, divorce division of property or formal schooling. Framers of the constitution may have not forseen the side-effects but I believe everyone who wants to live in this country must follow some rules or leave the country for good.

I am not in support of the NDA government but UCC is what india needs at this stage. Personal matters should not be dictated by outdated religious values but rather rational thinking of the modern society.

Quint: Claims to be champion of LGBT rights and women rights
Also Qunit: Criticises UCC which will grant greater power for LGBT and women and abolish Sharia based muslim law😂

The hypocrisy is self-evident.

Very naive take on UCC. Its a progressive law which will refine overtime once implemented. If people want to remain in shackles of conservative mindset, they tend to oppose UCC and list out more drawbacks than advantages.

गांधी तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति के जनक हैं.
India is the only country where your religion decides what law is going to be applicable to you ...
If you are Christian .. Law is different,
if you are Muslim Law is different(Sharia),
If you live in tribal area law is different ..
for SC/ST Law is different
For Hindu: pseudo secularism?
Hindu society feel cheated in secular India.
We Hindus,
👉cannot run our own edu institutes
👉cannot teach our scriptures in schools & colleges
👉cannot govern our religious places
👉are target of communal politics
👉face extremism & religious hatred
👉victims of appeasement politics
👉facing existential threat to our civilisation

UCC and CAA are absolutely necessary to secure the Future of India. Without UCC and CAA we cannot have truly Universal Education, Healthcare, Judiciary, Equal Distribution of Opportunity, Wealth and Power in India. Without UCC and CAA people will just keep arguing and fighting over silly things. Indians should wake up to harsh reality and accept the Truth and Reality, before it's too late.

Corruption is the main draw back for India which needs immediate Laws. Not bringing laws which meddle with citizens personal lives. No govt cares for it. This BJP brings these laws to attract hindu votes. God save India from corrupt politicians.
