Happy Chinese (Lunar) New Year! I hope you had a good time, reuniting with your family and loved ones like I did over Chinese New Year this year... after not being able to in 2021.

Although it does feel strange being in the presence of many (thanks to COVID; we proceeded with caution), quality time with family, reunion meals, binging on snacks, and playing dress up are much appreciated.

Hi...happy "Gong Xi Fa Cai", so happy & enjoy to see family reunion that every year everyone back home town to celebrate CNY, (after not being able to in 2021).
Usually 1st day of CNY we go vegetarian whole day (maybe reunion lunch & dinner eat too heavy meals 😋). For the Buddhists believer most Chinese go to temple for prayer because during CNY 1st day is the best auspicious day. Giving ang pao with the "blessing with good words" eg: "Healthy and Prosperity" or Every year is good year" or etc...etc... Hey, ...you look nice in cheogsam "very feminine" and gorgeous..😍😘👍💖 Wishing you and your family, "wan shi ru yi" (May everything go well for you), gong xi, gong xi 🐯

Nostalgia can hit really hard, especially when you stumble on the things that were part of your childhood. I had this toy that was my favorite one when I was a kid. It knows a lot more secrets than my mom did lol.
