Start investigating the NE 14 Avenue Pump Stations (2) project which began in 2014 and lasted 2 years, and over 10 million. The City excuse was to aliviate the accumulation of rainwater which always floods the street. It was a true nightmare for residents, with roads torn apart and a pump station with 2 powerful and loud diesel engines built 10 feet from a condominium building. Loud as a semi truck at full throttle, and running whenever and however it wants. After the gargantuan work was completed,  road fixed and repaved,  it now rains for 10 minutes and the entire street resembles the atlantic ocean. AGAIN ! To add more insult to injury, last summer the City, headed by Cooper, London, Lazarow and puppets, threw a ribbon cutting ceremony along the 200 block of NE 14 Avenue, to announce YET another project called "NE 14 Avenue beautification". Yes, you are reading correctly, another project. Food and drinks were served under a tent. Please ask to see the lovely pictures of Cooper and all of them, shovel in hand, wearing sparkling white helmets over their heads. All together and smiling, but now they turn into each other like wild hyenas. But since September 2017,  for the second time,  residents have been enduring roads and sidewalks destroyed again and again, and again. Bulldozers and heavy equipment deafening noise all day long and early am, dirt, dust, an army of lazy workers and barely any progress. How much is this fiasco costing the taxpayers? PLEASE INVESTIGATE Cooper and EVERY one of the commissioners who approved these two multi million projects which are worthless. This is a massive case which makes the 5 grand handshake look like a mild fart. Come on Langley boys,  you can do better than this !
