California’s largest civil rights agency filed a racial discrimination lawsuit against electric carmaker Tesla.
The lawsuit claims racial slurs were used towards black workers by not just fellow employees, but by supervisors and managers.
It also says Black workers were segregated and assigned to some of the lowest paid jobs. The investigation also found that Tesla retaliated against its Black and African American workers when they complained or reported the harassment or discrimination.
