You should see a doctor. Your symptoms could indicate pressure on certain parts of the brain from a growth resulting in synesthesia and nausea. Or it could be just a chemical imbalance or temporal lobe epilepsy. But it's important to get it checked out ASAP. Anything involving the brain needs to be checked ASAP.

I can kind of relate to that deja vu thing. it happened in a special game mode in smite with that Sylvanus skin and the swagni skin. I felt so sick afterwards. it was megacringe and couldn't handle it

Could be epilepsy, might be seizures, fatigue, depression, etc... Check up on a neurologist if it is seriously bothering you.

Yeah I would definitely tell your doctor about it on your next physical exam. Nausea spells can be caused by many things and if its happens with enough frequency it needs to be addressed.

Don't worry to much about it. I dont know if you should go see a doctor but hey it happens to me too, if I drink a shugar drink or after playing bball I sometimes get my esofagus full of saliva and I have to spit a lot or swallow (please no bad interpretations ^^) and so if I spit too much it actually makes me end up throwing up or just making a wierd noise like when you throw up and then my esofagus clears up
