I've been googling, "What is geometry good for? "
And I saw your list of applicable occupations and fields in your video.
However, I didn't find any mention by any math YouTuber or anywhere at all on the web that geometry could be used for curve fitting just as Galileo beautifully explained in Two New Sciences for how he derived the Law of Falling Bodies.
However, I realize that this video is for younger teens at the oldest.
