A year later from initially watching this. This is still amazing for a 182. Most 172 pilots couldn't do that.

I have enjoyed several of your videos. I don't have enough experience to comment on short field operations or any operations really, but I say with confidence that it looks like you're very comfortable in your airplane and know exactly what to do to make it go where it needs to go and when. It seems unlikely that anything would ever catch you off guard, and I hope it never does. Great piloting. I intend my comment as a compliment. I feel like a better pilot having watched these.

So is that full power, get the airplane up to ??....then 30 deg to get the airplane off and keep the nose down to accelerate in ground effect?
