I cannot vote for a change in our constitution without knowing exactly what Durable Relationship is.
The goverment can't tell tell us, thier answer is the courts will have the final say not the constitution of the Irish republic.

I wonder if it is lawful that all the amendment meetings' minutes were withheld from the Seanad who requested to see them? And that the Seanad were told that it would not be in the public's interest to know the contents / discussion prior to referendum voting. This fact certainly seems suspicious?

You have to be cohabiting to be a family but military people live for long periods in separate houses = those people are in a durable relationship and live separately = why not other people

A lodger of 5 years lives in a durable relationship . Share bills food and even scocialise together .that lodger if nasty could demand a share of assets like the house

As for carers .the government are putting the money burden of old age on the shoulders of the next of kin if tge mother in care kids are not able to pay it falls on the grandkids . The government have that burden at this time . But if you vote yes its now your personal . burden . Vote no and no
