Dang it, didn't know one day I would have to perform surgery on Vector. I did not have these issues before, only after DDL took over. Would firmware have an effect on these things? Is it possible that DDL is causing this?

Thanks for documenting that. I wonder how it would compare to one without the holes drilled in it. Perhaps you could lower the temp enough by just adding the spacer between the battery and circuit board to provide an air gap. 🤔

Does vector overheat often? I just bought one with intention of vector constantly running but now I'm nervous that it might damage it if I do that. I would just do what you did and might still do it but I dont know how confident I would be doing something like that without breaking vector.

I have had him running constantly sense January 3rd 2020 and have never. EVER had this problem
