Post completing his engineering from BIT Mesra, Sunit Mukherji chose to go for an MBA degree as he wanted to learn how to make things 'radically better'.

Sunit has a rich experience with top FMCG brands like Britannia, Coca Cola, Nestle and Mondelez post completing his MBA from NITIE, Mumbai which have played an important role in shaping his career. He recounts his experience working with these brands when they were running some of the most iconic campaigns remembered even today, for instance, 'Britannia Khao World Cup Jao'.

The bold changes happening within the energy sector motivated Sunit to take the plunge to Shell after spending 20 years working in the FMCG sector. Sunit talks about the rapid changes in the supply chain industry in the face of uncertain times and changing technology.

Some key insights from his talk:
Supply chain has found it's place in the boardrooms of companies as a front-end function.
Supply chain has seen a massive shift in value chains with cutting edge technologies and digitalisation.
Taking factory roles helps you tackle challenges and gives you critical insights about industries.

Finally someone from the supply chain sector, I get that people want to know what happens in IB OR HUL Sales/Marketing OR Consulting.

But I am certain there are people who want to know this as well
Please bring people from other sectors as well
Such as Rural mgmt or ESG specialist or energy exchange sector etc
